1)Kegels exercise for men to last longer, basically pelvic floor exercise, helps squeeze your muscles, & prevent weak erection.
2) Stay hydrated: water cheapest commodity & readily available,, help make up the blood volume,which will help achieve good erection.
3)love yourself enough to & maintain a healthy lifestyle..eat fruits vegetables, they contain vitamins & minerals necessary for total health.
4)) Regular excercise.:
Men that excercise tend to last longer, so walkout,jog, football,weight lift .not necessarily gym order of excercise or Olympic level of excercise.
5) Control your emotional space:
See yourself as handsome
See yourself heealthy & as one that can last long in the act.
6) Work on your stress parttern: manage/ minimize.your stress.
7)Stop smoking, drinking, illicit drugs
8)Avoid porn & masturbation website
It increase your desire for your spouse
9) Encourage good foreplay:
Stop use of concortion

It is normal to be worried when a medical condition is diagnosed but do not crumble under the weight of such pronouncement..
Do not become hopeless, devastated or think that's the end of life or begin having fear of death.
