U4GM Highlights FH6 Autumn Weekly Challenges

Week 2 of Series 2 has arrived, and Autumn has settled in properly. If you're trying to stay ahead of the weekly grind, it helps to plan a bit before you jump in, especially when a challenge asks you to spend FH6 Credits on a specific car and then use it across a few very different events. This one is built around the 1991 GMC Syclone, so the whole thing feels a little more hands-on than the usual drive-and-forget playlist.

Getting the Syclone and Starting Strong

The first job is simple enough: buy the 1991 GMC Syclone from the Autoshow. You might find one on the auction house later, and if you are not in a rush that can save a few credits. Still, most players will just pick it up straight away and move on. Once it is yours, give it a short drive. The game can be picky, and if you just buy it and leave it sitting in the garage, the step sometimes does not tick over the way you expect.

Drag Meet Runs

After that, head to Irokawa Quarter Mile Drag Meet and finish two races there. You can get there in your Syclone or in anything else you like, but the challenge only seems to behave properly when you enter the event from the correct slot instead of dropping into a messy public session. If you have already unlocked fast travel around Irokawa Space Center, that makes life easier. A lot of people also turn off Traction Control and Stability Control for drag runs, and honestly, that does help if your launch feels lazy. Just remember that you need Green Wristband access before the drag meet is available.

Wreckage Skill Work

Next comes the Wreckage Skill requirement. This is one of those steps that sounds annoying until you actually do it. You need three Awesome Wreckage Skill rewards using the Syclone, which means smashing through roadside clutter at a good pace without going so fast that the game bumps the score up to Ultimate. That part catches people out all the time. If you're flying along at more than about 90 mph, the rating can jump past Awesome, and that does not count here. A quieter road with plenty of signs, posts, and fencing is usually the easiest way to handle it. You do not need to rush. Just keep the car moving, keep clipping objects, and let the skill chain do the work.

Street Race Win

The last step is the one that usually takes the most focus: win a Street Race in the Syclone. These events only run at night, so visibility is rough and traffic can ruin a clean line in a second. There is no need to use a special build, but the car does feel a bit awkward if you overdrive it into corners. Ease off earlier than you normally would. That is the trick. If you have Rainbow Bridge Descent unlocked in Irokawa, it is a decent option because you can already be near the drag meet area and keep the whole run compact. Lowering the difficulty can also help if you just want to get in, win, and move on without turning it into a whole evening of retries.

Other Autumn Events Worth Your Time

There is more going on this week than just the main challenge. Some Daily Challenges from the previous week will start dropping off, while new ones appear day by day, so it is worth checking the board before you log out. The seasonal photo challenge asks for a shot of any 1990s Jaguar, and the collectible task sends you into Arashiyama Bamboo Forest to smash at least 30 bamboo stalks. That area sits around the border of the Minamino and Ito regions, so there is no single perfect route in. Just pick a line that keeps you moving and keep ploughing through the stalks until the count is done. If you have not picked up a 1990s Jaguar yet, the Autoshow or auction house should sort that out without much trouble.

Final Thoughts

Week 2 is not hard, but it does reward players who handle the objectives in a sensible order. Buy or grab the Syclone first, run the drag meet, sort the Wreckage Skill step while the car is already in your hands, and leave the Street Race for last when you are settled in. That keeps the whole thing clean and saves you from bouncing around the map more than you need to. With a bit of patience, the weekly prize, the Series points, and the rest of the Autumn rewards are all within reach, and if you are topping up your garage along the way, keeping an eye on Forza Horizon 6 Credits can make the whole week feel a lot less grindy.
