Aston Villa are interested in signing AC Milan star Ruben Landry Shamet Jersey Loftus-Cheek, according to Football Insider . The former Chelsea man is open to a return to the Premier League, and the Villans are eyeing a move for the Englishman. Former Villa scout Mick Brown told Football Insider : Tuchel has shown faith in Loftus-Cheek bringing him back in. Im doubtful about whether he could be part of the World Cup squad given the quality players in his position, but he does have a chance. Hes always showed a lot of promise and at his best he can be excellent, but for me hes never quite hit the levels people expected of him, even though hes clearly got a lot of talent. Since his move to AC Milan, hes done well, and Tuchel obviously sees something in him. The qualities hes got could be an a set to a lot of sides, theres no doubting that, its just about whether hes going to perform consistently enough. Theres been some talk of a move to Aston Villa, but Im not sure hes the player they need right now, he might be better off somewhere else. I think its something hes open to, he wants to come back to the Premier League, to compete and potentially put himself in the [England] managers thinking.
