The quickest path to silly money in GTA 5 story mode isn't grinding corner-store robberies or replaying races for pocket change. It's using Lester's assassination jobs with the stock market, then waiting like you've got some nerve. Players who already own boosted saves or want a quicker start sometimes look at GTA V Accounts, but if you're playing the campaign properly, the big trick is simple: keep most of Lester's optional hits until after the main story. By then, Michael, Franklin, and Trevor should all be sitting on a much larger pile of cash, which means every stock move pays far more.

Why Lester's hits matter so much
Lester's assassination missions target people tied to major companies. When one company takes a hit, its rival usually benefits, and GTA 5 lets you buy into that movement before it happens. The Hotel Assassination has to be done to push the story along, so don't worry about saving that one. For the rest, wait. It feels odd seeing those mission markers sitting there, but patience is the whole game here. After the campaign payout lands, invest across all three characters before each mission, complete the hit, then watch the market page rather than guessing.

The mission stock plan
For The Hotel Assassination, buy Betta Pharmaceuticals on BAWSAQ before starting, then sell around a 50 percent return. After that, Bilkinton on LCN can rebound nicely, often somewhere between 80 and 200 percent if you catch it right. For The Multi Target Assassination, put your cash into Debonaire on LCN first, sell when it climbs around 60 to 90 percent, then switch into Redwood and wait for the recovery, which can be huge. The Vice Assassination works with Fruit on BAWSAQ before the job, then Facade after. The Bus Assassination has no smart pre-buy, but Vapid after the mission can double your money. For The Construction Assassination, Gold Coast on LCN is the stock to buy before you start.

Timing your sells without losing your head
LCN and BAWSAQ don't move in quite the same way. LCN stocks tend to need roughly a full in-game day to peak after a mission, and crashed LCN shares may take five or six in-game days to recover. BAWSAQ can jump almost straight away after the job, though it still drops back if you leave it too long. The safest habit is to make a manual save before investing, then sleep or pass time in chunks while checking the portfolio return. Don't chase the perfect top forever. If you see the target percentage, sell. Greed is how players turn a guaranteed fortune into a reload.

Using the market after the big payouts
Once Lester's jobs are finished, you'll probably have more cash than you'll ever need for cars, properties, weapons, and messing around in Los Santos. You can still trade LCN by watching rival companies like Redwood and Debonaire, FlyUS and AirEmu, or eCola and Raine, but those moves aren't as safe as the assassination method. Buy low, sell when the graph looks stretched, and don't tie up every dollar in one bet. Some players would rather skip the slow build and buy cheap GTA V Accounts for convenience, yet learning this stock method is still one of the most satisfying ways to break the game's economy on your own terms.
